RD CUP Round 3 (final round)
The last round of the RD Cup will be run at Mac Park, Mount Gambier which is run by the Historic Club of SA. They have also given us the return of the TOUR DE LC which is just for LCs! The tour has the prized yellow jacket as a winners cup! (Bit of a laugh!)
We are hoping for big turn outs of the LC fraternity (Interstaters aswell) which will give us a good showing.
MacPark is a top little circuit for the LCs and is a must for the end of the road racing year of 2008.
Dunlop and GC motorcycles hae put up a pair of TT900 tyres as an overall RD Cup prize (acumulative points from all 3 rounds) while our good mate down at Hoey Suspension has offered to put up a "Hoey RD Shock" as a prize for the 3rd round. Thanks Peter Hoeymaker for that one.
Mac Park will have a ride day/practice day on the Friday 26th with racing to follow Saturday27th and Sunday 28th of December. Camping is also available for a low $5 which has toilets and showers for those who need them!
Entry forms can be found on the Motorcycling South Australia web site. (I would have put the link up but still not sure how to do that? )
It would be good to get an idea who is likely to attend, so drop me an email or a reply to this post (then everybody can see numbers!) and we'll know who our competition is.
hope to see you all down there to try the newly resurfaced track.

Well, word is that there is 34 LCs on the grid for South Aussie State Champs at Mac Park!
Not sure what went on there, but I hope all our little buddies across the border have not taken offence to being called Mexicans and comming for paybacks!
I'm not sure if Mac Park hasever seen that many bikes of an Individual brand and type?
I'm guessing the only place to be in that lot is at the front of the pack? Bring on turn 1!
Where have all these bikes from?
How many of our Victorian / NSW riders are we going to see, does any body know?
Cheers,
Brett
