Re: Temp guage
I've recently upgraded to a Vapor unit and have my old go-kart gauge sitting in the shed. It's the same unit that most of the other guys are running with.
Don't recall what I paid for it - I think it was about 70 bucks. Make me a reasonable offer and it's all yours.

Re: Temp guage
The one I have sitting in the shed, and that most of the guys use, looks very similar to the Daytona gauge. Not sure if it is a Daytona gauge as it's too cold to go out and check.
The Trail Tech Vapor unit I use is the same as this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Trail-Tech-Vapor-Kit-Suzuki-DRZ400-00-10-RMZ-08-09-/390200533130?cmd=ViewItem&pt=AU_Motorcycle_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5ad9c3a08a
It has a temperature gauge, digital tacho, speedo etc all built in. I don't use the built in shift light as you can't see it on the track, and I couldn't work out a way to hook up the speedo. At about $170 delivered it's relatively expensive, but means I don't have to put up with anymore broken tacho needles!

Re: Temp guage
Al,
The temp gauge most of the LC riders here are using are the Kart ones from Ian Williams Tuning here in Adelaide.
The read out is nice and big for your ageing eyes and have also survived the vibrations of my mighty CR5!
Only tell temp though.
Last one I bought was about $70, but IWT seems to be uping prices every time we swing past!
Cheers,
Brett.
